1、 Application conditions

（1） Under the age of 35, especially excellent people can be relaxed to 38. The doctor's degree shall not be more than 3 years, with good physical and mental health.

（2） The on-the-job personnel participating in the standardized training of residents and specialists can apply for post doctoral research in clinical medicine, and work in the mobile station for no less than 6 months every year. Other on-the-job personnel shall not engage in post doctoral research part-time.

（3） Personnel who have scientific research cooperation and cooperation with our institute can apply for postdoctoral work, and the working time in the station shall not be less than 6 months a year.

（4） Academic research meets one of the following conditions:

Publishing 2 or more academic papers as the first author or corresponding author in core journals; Publishing monographs, editing and translations of more than 100000 words in the capacity of chief editor or deputy chief editor; As the main participants (top 3), complete the of provincial and ministerial scientific research projects.

Leading cadres of Party and government organs and employees of the Academy shall not apply for admission to the mobile scientific research station of the Academy.

2、 Application time and method

（1） Application time: the postdoctoral Management Department of the affiliated units of the Institute will receive the application materials from March 1 to September 1 this year. Those interested are suggested to submit the inbound materials as soon as possible.

Two batches of incoming assessment will be conducted every year, and the specific time will be notified separately.

（2） Online application: the applicant enters the website of China Postdoctoral "interactive office system"（ http://www.chinapostdoctor.org.cn ）, register individual users according to the "clerk entry" prompt, fill in the corresponding forms according to the prompt requirements, and print the entry application form of postdoctoral personnel from the Internet (Note: please do not submit the application online first).

（3） Written application: the applicant shall submit written application materials to the post doctoral Management Department of the tutor's unit.

Applicants should apply online and in writing at the same time.

3、 On site time and working treatment

The working time in the station is generally 2 years, and in principle, it shall not exceed 4 years.

（1） Those who have been in the station for more than one year can apply for the post doctoral "excellent training" program of our college, with a subsidy of 80000 yuan per person;

（2） Provide housing or housing allowance for postdoctoral personnel;

（3） Pay social insurance for postdoctoral personnel according to regulations;

（4） Postdoctoral personnel who are recruited by all departments and have no personnel labor relations can enjoy the daily postdoctoral funding and scientific research awards of their units;

（5） Those who meet the conditions can apply for various scientific research and talent projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the national "Bo Xin program" (630000 yuan in two years), general projects of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Xiangjiang scholars program, Macao Young Scholars Program, international exchange program dispatch projects and academic exchange projects;

（6） The postdoctoral research mobile station of our college is an excellent mobile station. Postdoctoral personnel in the station can apply for special funded projects of Postdoctoral Science Foundation (180000 yuan);

（7） While in the station, you can enjoy the opportunities of professional and technical promotion, undertaking independent research projects at the Institute level and foreign exchange and cooperation research;

（8） Excellent postdoctoral staff can be evaluated in the comprehensive evaluation station.
