According to several policy and measure documents of the State Council on accelerating the characteristic development of traditional Chinese medicine, "the special plan for scientific and technological innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in the 14th five year plan" and the construction and development plan for key specialties of orthopedics and traumatology, the "training course on appropriate technology of minimally invasive and external fixation of Chinese osteosynthesis (co school) and the seminar and promotion meeting on the scheme of manual reduction and external fixation of distal radius fracture of the scientific and technological innovation project of China Junior High School of Medicine (2022-01 - Total Issue 9)" was specially held.
The incidence of traumatic fractures in China is 321/10 million. With the development of social aging, the incidence rate of bone disease is higher. There are millions of fracture patients in China every year. The incidence rate of Fracture of distal radius fracture-DRF is high, incidence rate is about 17% of all emergency fractures.
Chinese School of osteosynthesis (co school) minimally invasive and external fixation appropriate technology combined with CO skeleton can solve the treatment problems of elderly fractures, children fractures, open fractures, comminuted fractures, bone nonunion, osteomyelitis, bone defect and even internal fixation failure. The application of CO skeleton has the advantages of minimally invasive non-surgical treatment of fractures, high healing rate and minimally invasive beauty.
Manual reduction and external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture is one of the dominant diseases of traditional Chinese medicine. The experience of DRF manual reduction and external fixation technology individualized by doctors is difficult to inherit, and the popularization and application of DRF bone setting reduction and external fixation technology needs to be strengthened.
This seminar and promotion meeting will release for the first time the accurate evaluation method of DRF bone mass reduction effect through 3D medical image processing technology and the scheme to help DRF reduction and fixation accuracy combined with finite element analysis technology.
Each student can only obtain 100 credits for the class I course (each student can only obtain 3 credits for the class I course) each year. Free study students have no credits.
