Reasonable design is made for the complexity of fracture mode and the lack of soft tissue. Components with different color codes are more convenient for intraoperative operation and management; Easier access to soft tissue, conducive to postoperative care; Reasonable design and catalog number and batch number of laser recording parts have improved hospital inventory management and tracking.
The duralumin light connecting rod makes the patient feel comfortable and easy for the surgeon to assemble. The aluminum rod is light and easy to use.
Connecting rod made of carbon fiber material. The clear visual field of fracture is due to the use of carbon fiber connecting rod, which allows X-ray to observe the fracture from any angle, while the conventional frame has blocking effect at this angle.
The light connecting rod (carbon fiber) makes the patient feel comfortable and easy for the surgeon to assemble. The carbon fiber connecting rod is disposable.
Needle bar fixing clip is specially used to provide a variety of single needle layout. Fully adjustable lateral and rotary single needle layout. Allow 3D rotation. In order to meet the needs of various types of fractures, bones and frames, this design allows the spring-loaded pre bite mechanism to ensure the firm grasp of the fixed steel needle. Connecting rods made of 8mm stainless steel, aluminum or carbon fiber can be accepted. The soft arc-shaped design avoids the risk of attachment or impact injury to patients.
The design of rod rod fixing clip is to meet the flexibility of components with excellent stability in use. Before tightening, the weak spring load pre bite mechanism ensures a firm grasp with the connecting rod. Allows full 3D rotation. The radial zigzag design between the clamps provides excellent rotational stability and allows postoperative anatomical correction between the connecting rods.
Ankle fixation frame
The fixation of intra-articular ankle fractures requires minimal external fixation, combined with internal fixation when possible.
A 5mm self drilling and tapping steel needle was used at the tibial shaft and root bone for independent needle layout. A 4mm self drilling and tapping steel needle was used at the first metatarsal for independent needle layout. Use the pin rod fixing clip to connect all single pins to the 8mm connecting rod. Then fix the rod with 8mm clamp.
If higher stability is required or the fracture must be fixed stably, two additional fixation clamps - rod fixation clamp and an 8mm connecting rod can be added to connect the two connecting rods to form a triangular frame to increase stability.

4 5mm self tapping and self drilling steel needles
Femoral frame
It is suitable for femoral shaft fracture fixation.
This framework is recommended for patients with multiple trauma and grade III open fractures, and whether the internal fixation method can use still uncertain fixation.
The classic parallel 5mm self tapping and self drilling steel needle layout is carried out on the side of the femoral shaft using two steel needle fixing clip assemblies and four 30 degree pillars placed in an inverted "V" shape.
The needle retaining clip assembly should act as a guide for needle insertion to ensure parallel needle layout. Connect the two steel needle retaining clip assemblies using 4 rod rod fixing and 8mm connecting rod with appropriate length and material.
The rod rod fixing clip shall be placed on the inner side of the frame, and the exposed parts at both ends of the connecting rod shall be as short as possible to increase the stability of the frame. Because precise reset is not required before the steel needle is inserted, the frame can be assembled, and the rest can be reset with the frame in situ before all parts are locked. Once the final reset is completed, all components can be locked. If the stability of the frame is considered, the two connecting rods can be used to fix the home and an 8mm connecting rod for transverse connection.
Pelvic frame
This needle layout can provide more and better bone for steel needle fixation. When placing these steel needles, be careful not to penetrate the inner and outer walls of the pelvis. The needle layout should be confirmed by X-ray photography. Connect the steel needle with a multi needle fixing clip and a 30 degree connecting column. The steel needle bolt on the multi needle fixing clip should face the doctor for tightening. The multi pin fixing clip is connected with 3 connecting rods with appropriate length and 4 rod rod fixing clips. The rod rod clamp should be placed on the inside of the frame, facing the fracture, but not on the curved part of the semi-circular rod or 30 degree connecting column.
The 5mm self tapping and self drilling steel needle is inserted into the iliac wing or behind the acetabulum at an angle of 45 degrees (the steel needle points to the greater trochanter). (multi pin fixing clip as guide).
If higher stability is required or the fracture must be fixed stably, two additional fixing rods can be added - rod fixing clip and 8mm connecting rod to connect to the left and right connecting rods.
